How we take over your books

Free 30-minute consultation — you tell us why you want to switch and from when. We ask about your company type, the number of documents and upcoming deadlines.

A written transition plan — what is done, by whom and by when: terminating the old contract, collecting documents, powers of attorney, system access. You get it before signing a contract with us.

Takeover — we collect the records from your previous office, check they are complete, set up powers of attorney for the tax office and ZUS, and move the data into our system.

First month — we watch the deadlines, flag what needs correcting, and tell you plainly if anything from the past needs fixing.
What we check during the takeover
- Completeness of documents for the current financial year
- Whether VAT, CIT and JPK returns match the ledgers
- Balances with ZUS and the tax office — any arrears
- Fixed assets and depreciation
- Employment and civil-law contracts and ZUS registrations
- KSeF status and how invoices are issued
If something needs fixing, we tell you before we start — not in the third month.
